خیلی از کاربرانی که از نرم افزارهای آموزش مجازی استفاده می کنند با مشکلات متعددی همچون قطعی صدا و تصویر، بیرون رفتن ناخواسته از کلاس و… مواجه می شوند و در اکثر مواقع علت آن را نمی دانند.
در موارد زیادی از این مشکلات علت، وضعیت اتصال اینترنت ضعیف کاربران است که برای پی بردن به این علت زمان زیادی صرف می شد و وقت کلاس گرفته می شد.
نرم افزار Bigbluebutton در آخرین نسخه خود یعنی نسخه 2.3 قابلیت بسیار کاربردی در همین زمینه را اضافه کرده است.
در نسخه 2.3 Bigbluebutton یک آیکن در سمت چپ بالای تخته سیاه (در زبان فارسی چپ و در زبان انگلیسی سمت راست می باشد) اضافه شده شده است که هر کدام از شاگردان با کلیک روی آن آیکون پنجره ای باز میشوند و با علامتی شبیه به آنتن موبایل وضعیت اتصال آن ها را به آن ها نشان می دهد.
ارائه دهنده یا مدیر کلاس با استفاده از این قابلیت این امکان را دارد تا وضعیت اتصال خود و تمام شرکت کنندگان در آن کلاس را مشاهده کند و همچین در همان پنجره قسمتی وجود دارد که در آن می تواند برای صرفه جویی در مصرف پهنای باند اینترنت دوربین ها و اشتراک گذاری صفحه را فعال یا غیر فعال کند.
